If your event is occurring on multiple dates, you can create a recurring event.
Create a recurring event
- From your Workplace homepage, click Create at the top of the left panel.
- Click Events.
- Fill in the event name. You can also add a cover photo.
- Click Schedule Multiple Events under the Start Date and End Date section.
- Choose days for your event by clicking Customize to reveal the Custom Event Calendar.
- Click + Add Time to add a start time and end time for your event.
- Once you have added the time, click Add.
- If your event is at the same time for each date, you can click next to Add this time to all dates.
- Click Done.
Repeat the same event
- From your Workplace homepage, click See More in the left panel.
- Click Events.
- Click Your events to find the event you’re hosting.
- If you can’t find it, click More and choose Hosting.
- Click on the top right and choose Duplicate Event.
- You can keep the event details, location and settings the same, or you can change them.
- When you’re done, click Create event.
