Create a recurring event on Workplace

If your event is occurring on multiple dates, you can create a recurring event.
Create a recurring event
  1. From your Workplace homepage, click Create at the top of the left panel.
  2. Click Events.
  3. Fill in the event name. You can also add a cover photo.
  4. Click Schedule Multiple Events under the Start Date and End Date section.
  5. Choose days for your event by clicking Customize to reveal the Custom Event Calendar.
  6. Click + Add Time to add a start time and end time for your event.
  7. Once you have added the time, click Add.
  8. If your event is at the same time for each date, you can click next to Add this time to all dates.
  9. Click Done.
Repeat the same event
  1. From your Workplace homepage, click See More in the left panel.
  2. Click Events.
  3. Click Your events to find the event you’re hosting.
    • If you can’t find it, click More and choose Hosting.
  4. Click on the top right and choose Duplicate Event.
  5. You can keep the event details, location and settings the same, or you can change them.
  6. When you’re done, click Create event.
